Vynek Brings Messaging, Social Media And Business Tools Together In One App
Developed by Texas-based Sarjik, Vynek brings encrypted messaging, social feeds, stories, live video, business profiles and shopping features together in one app for Android, iPhone and the web.

Vynek is entering the social networking and messaging market with an approach that combines private conversations, social content and business communication in a single platform. Developed by Texas-based technology company Sarjik, the app is designed to bring together features commonly spread across multiple messaging and social media services.
Available for Android, iPhone and the web, Vynek places private chats at the centre of its experience while offering additional sections for social updates, posts, stories, live video and user activity. It also introduces dedicated business profiles, product catalogues, services, separate business inboxes and paid promotional tools.
The company describes Vynek as a messaging-first social platform built around modern encryption, organised conversations and a business-focused revenue model. The service will be free for individual users, while businesses and creators can pay for additional tools, verification and promotional opportunities.
Vynek Combines Messaging, Social Networking And Live Video
Rather than separating messaging and social networking into different applications, Vynek organises its features into five main sections: Chats, Updates, Feed, Activity and You.
Chats serves as the application's home screen, providing access to private one-to-one conversations, group messaging and voice and video calls. Users can also create personalised chat lists to organise their conversations.
The Updates section allows users to follow channels operated by businesses, verified creators and news publishers. Unlike traditional broadcast-style channels, Vynek supports reactions, comments and replies on channel posts, although administrators can disable comments on individual posts.
Meanwhile, the Feed section accommodates social posts containing up to four photographs, events, 24-hour stories and live video sessions known as "moments". Viewers can interact with live broadcasts through comments and reactions, while also indicating interest in a host's future broadcasts.
The Activity section brings notifications and interactions together, including replies, reactions, new followers, event requests and updates involving live moments. The You section provides access to personal profiles, saved content, contacts, links, QR codes and account settings.
Vynek Introduces End-To-End Encrypted Messaging And Calls
Privacy is a central part of Vynek's design. The platform uses Messaging Layer Security (MLS), an open standard for encrypted group messaging, to protect private conversations.
Its private messaging and calling features are end-to-end encrypted, meaning only the participants in a conversation or call can access its contents.
Users can make one-to-one voice and video calls, as well as group calls supporting up to eight participants.
The platform also includes automatic greeting and away messages, which are available to personal account holders as well as businesses.
Another feature concerns usernames. According to Sarjik, Vynek does not recycle usernames after they have been claimed, meaning another user cannot subsequently register the same username.
The application also adopts a dark-first interface built around black, white and grey, with a design intended to keep navigation straightforward and make content stand out.
Vynek Gives Businesses Profiles, Online Catalogues And Dedicated Inboxes
Beyond personal communication, Vynek is designed to provide businesses with tools to establish an online presence and communicate directly with customers.
Businesses can create separate profiles featuring their own usernames, logos and contact numbers. They also receive dedicated inboxes, keeping customer conversations separate from personal chats.
The platform's catalogue functionality allows businesses to display products and services alongside photographs and prices. Customers interested in an item can select the "Is this in stock?" option, which opens a conversation with the relevant question ready to send.
Users operating both personal and business accounts can switch between their profiles through the You section. The application adjusts the displayed information and available account features according to the selected profile.
Sarjik is also providing a developer page to help businesses integrate Vynek messaging into their websites, allowing visitors to initiate conversations through the platform.
Vynek Business Pro, Verification And Advertising Prices
Although individual users can access Vynek for free, the company plans to generate revenue through paid business services and promotional products.
Sarjik has outlined three paid offerings: Business Pro, Verification Badge and Promote.
Business Pro
Business Pro provides access to Vynek's business toolkit, including business profiles, dedicated inboxes, product catalogues and services.
The subscription costs $9.99 per month or $109.89 annually, with the annual option including one month free. New subscribers also receive a 30-day free trial.
Verification Badge
Businesses and eligible accounts can apply for a verification badge displayed on their profiles and channels.
Vynek requires applicants to submit identity documents for review before receiving the badge. The service costs $11.99 monthly or $131.89 annually. The verification badge is removed if the subscription payment stops.
Promote
Promote allows businesses to advertise posts and catalogue items to audiences beyond their existing followers.
Promoted content is labelled "Sponsored" and can run for periods ranging from one to 30 days. Pricing starts at $3 per day.
Vynek Introduces Age Restrictions And Account Moderation Controls
Sarjik says Vynek is being developed as an adult-focused platform, with access restricted to people aged 18 and older at launch.
New users must confirm their dates of birth during registration. However, the platform says it stores only the resulting age-eligibility confirmation rather than the actual date of birth.
The company has also established reporting and moderation systems through Vynek Admin, an internal control centre used by staff to review reported accounts and content.
Depending on the circumstances, moderators can issue warnings, suspend accounts or close them.
Staff access is organised around specific responsibilities, including owner, moderator, reviewer and support roles. The platform also requires an additional sign-in verification step for staff and maintains records of administrative actions that cannot be altered.
Users can delete their accounts through the application's Settings section. Sarjik also says Vynek's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy follow Texas and US law.
Sarjik Plans Vynek Sign-In And Closer Integration With Tekkles
Vynek's development roadmap includes additional features intended to expand its usefulness beyond messaging and social networking.
One planned addition is Sign in with Vynek, which will allow third-party applications and websites to offer Vynek accounts as a sign-in option.
Sarjik also plans to introduce more monetisation opportunities around live moments, potentially creating additional earning opportunities for hosts while generating revenue for the platform.
Another planned development involves closer integration with Tekkles, Sarjik's sister social networking application.
The two platforms are designed to work together, with Vynek links and invitations providing ways for users to move between the services.
